Moore & Taylor LLC (“we”, “us”) is an Arizona limited liability company operating as a TikTok Shop agency partner and a registered TikTok Shop Partner Center developer.

What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle data when we operate our internal reporting tools, including data accessed through the TikTok Shop Partner APIs.
What data we access
We access affiliate performance data belonging to TikTok creator accounts owned or operated by the Company or by its members, where the account holder has authorized that access:
- Creator profile information for our own accounts
- Affiliate collaboration records
- Affiliate order identifiers and associated product identifiers
- Affiliate share link data
- Commission and performance figures for our own accounts
We do not access, collect, or store:
- Buyer or consumer personal information
- Payment card or bank details
- Data belonging to creators or sellers outside the Company and its members
- Contact information for third parties
Why we access it
Solely to consolidate performance reporting across the TikTok accounts the Company and its members operate, so that we can review our own results in one place. We do not sell, rent, license, or share this data with anyone.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on company-controlled computers located in the United States. Devices are password protected and encrypted using full-disk encryption. Data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2 or above.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the two members of Moore & Taylor LLC. Access is granted on a need-to-know basis, each person uses their own credentials, and access is removed when no longer required.
How long we keep it
We retain affiliate performance data for 24 months to allow year-over-year comparison, after which it is deleted. Access tokens are deleted immediately when an authorization is revoked.
Service providers
We do not use subcontractors or third-party data processors for the data covered by this notice. If this changes, we will confirm that any new provider offers appropriate security protections and a data processing agreement where required, and we will update this notice.
Your rights
If you believe we hold personal data about you, you may request access to it, correction of it, or deletion of it by writing to mooreandtaylor@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) or other privacy laws. We honor these requests regardless of where you are located.
Data breach handling
If we become aware of unauthorized access to data covered by this notice, we will investigate immediately, contain the issue, and notify affected parties and relevant authorities as required by law, without undue delay.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top and post the revised version at this address.
